1. Making a reservation
A deposit of at least 25% or the full balance is taken when booking astay in one of our apartments. The remaining balance is due prior or onthe day of arrival. We ask if paying by debit or credit card to pay theremaining balance prior to arrival by calling our office, as there is no meansof processing a card at the apartment. Otherwise, cash on the day isrequired. In the event of a cancellation, we require a full 21 daysnotice before the date of arrival for you deposit to be fullyrefundable. If a cancellation is not done within this timescale, thedeposit will not be refundable. In the case of a no show at theapartment on the day of arrival or a cancellation within a week ofarrival, the full balance will be charged to your card. Minimum stay is 2 nights, but 4 nights over tNew Year. Shorter stays can be requested by contacting us.
2. Occupants
Only persons who are notified to us prior of arrival may occupy the apartment.
3. Checking in and checking out
Unless arrangements have been made with us, apartments are availablefrom 1pm on the day of you arrival. If an earlier time is required, itmust be arranged and approved by us.We ask occupants to vacate the property by 11am on the day of departure.
4. Damage
Apartmentsshould be left in a tidy and clean manner. You are responsible for anydamage to the apartments and ask for you to report any damageimmediately. We shall charge any damage to your debit/credit card. Weare not responsible for any loss or damage to goods or personalbelongings in our apartments. All our apartments are non-smoking, ifevidence of smoking is found, £60 will be charged to your card.
5. Pets
No pets are allowed in the apartments.
6. Complaints
Ifa serious complaint is received, or in the event of a dispute, we havethe right to terminate your stay without notice. These terms andconditions can be revised at anytime, for an upto date copy pleasecontact us.
