Terms & Conditions

1. Making a reservation

If booking our standard pricing rate plan, a deposit of at least 25% or the full balance is taken when booking a stay in one of our apartments. The remaining balance is due prior or on the day of arrival. We ask if paying by debit or credit card to pay the remaining balance prior to arrival by calling our office, as there is no means of processing a card at the apartment. Otherwise, cash on the day is required. In the event of a cancellation, we require a full 21 days notice before the date of arrival for you deposit to be fully refundable. If a cancellation is not done within this timescale, the deposit will not be refundable. In the case of a no show at the apartment on the day of arrival or a cancellation within a week of arrival, the full balance will be charged to your card. For non refundable rate plans, 100% of payment is required at the time of booking and is non refundable in event of cancellation. Minimum stay is 2 nights, but 4 nights over New Year. Shorter stays can be requested by contacting us.

2. Occupants

Only persons who are notified to us prior of arrival may occupy the apartment. We require photographic ID, such as driving license or passport, in the name of the person who has booked the apartment upon checkin. Failure to supply this will result in us not allowing you to stay. We don’t accommodate stag/hen groups and we also don’t accommodate groups looking to use the apartment as a party location. If we believe any guests who have booked with us are of such groups, or cause noise and nuisance to neighbours, they will be asked to leave.

3. Checking in and checking out

Unless arrangements have been made with us, apartments are available from 2pm on the day of you arrival. If an earlier time is required, it must be arranged and approved by us. We ask occupants to vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure.

4. Damage

Apartments should be left in a tidy and clean manner. You are responsible for any damage to the apartments and ask for you to report any damage immediately. We shall charge any damage to your debit/credit card and may ask for a damage deposit on arrival. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to goods or personal belongings in our apartments. All our apartments are non-smoking, if evidence of smoking is found, £60 will be charged to your card.

We may ask for a damage deposit of £250 per apartment booked on arrival to cover and damages or issues, which will be pre authorised to a card on arrival which will be fully refundable if no issues are found in the flat upon checkout.

5. Pets

No pets are allowed in the apartments.

6. Complaints

If a serious complaint is received, or in the event of a dispute, we have the right to terminate your stay without notice. These terms and conditions can be revised at anytime, for an upto date copy please contact us.
