Booking Questions

Do you require a deposit?

We require a 25% prepayment at the time of booking to secure a reservation.

When is the balance due and how do I pay?

The balance can be paid anytime upto and including the day of arrival if using the same card as used for the deposit or if paying by cash. If you are looking to use a different card please call our office atleast a day before arrival on 0131 337 2020 to make a payment.

How do I cancel?

If you have booked through a booking agent you will need to cancel through them, however if you have booked direct please call or email us and we can process the cancellation.

What are the checkin and checkout times?

Apartments are available to checkin from 2pm till 10pm and last checkout is 11am. Early checkin is possible if the apartment is vacant from the night before but needs to be arranged with our office by calling us a day prior to your arrival.

Do you accept hen/stag parties?

We don't accept hen, stag or any party groups and you can be turned away or asked to leave during your stay if we find you fall into one of these categories.

Do you provide parking?

All our apartments include free private parking for upto 2 cars, more can be supplied if available.

Do you provide free wifi?

We provide free wifi for all our guests.

Can we bring our pets?

We don't accept pets due to allergy sufferers who may stay in the apartment after you.

Do you have lifts in the apartments?

Some of our apartments have elevator access, please refer to the listing of the apartment your looking to book to see if lift access is available.

Do you provide linen and towels?

We provide fresh linen and towels for you.

Can you provide travel cots?

We can provide travel costs at no additional cost. Please call our office a day before arrival to reserve a cot.

Is smoking allowed?

All our apartments are strictly no smoking and you will be charged £60 if evidence of smoking has been found.

During your stay

How do we checkin to our apartment?

You will have receive a booking confirmation at the time of booking which has your apartment address. If you call our office 15mins before arrival we will meet you at the apartment and check you in.

How many keys will you provide?

We will provide 2 sets of keys for your apartment.

How many cars can we park?

We can provide parking for a maximum of two cars but can possibly accommodate more based on allocation of parking on the day.

Is there a 24 hour number incase we have a problem?

Our office number is available 24 hours incase you need to contact us in a emergency and can be contacted on 0131 337 2020.

Is there daily housekeeping?

The apartments are all self catering so don't include daily servicing or housekeeping. We can provide this at an extra charge which can be arranged based on availability by calling our office prior to arrival.

Do you provide a welcome pack?

We provide complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid and toiletries to get you started.

Do you offer luggage storage?

As we operate self catering apartments our apartments don't have a front desk or 24 hour reception. We can however store luggage in our offices which are nearby the apartments between 10am and 4pm Mon to Fri.
